Customers from USA, Canada, Australia and other countries outside Europe, should choose option in US$ currency.
Customers from Europe should choose option in Euro currency.
Customers from UK should chose option in GBP currency.
Choosing appropriate option means that shipping cost and taxes are correctly calculated for you.

Shipping is Free of charge if you order more than 1 item in our shop.
For all our customers we use DHL Express courier as a way to deliver the goods. Signature is Required at delivery. In some instances when according to DHL your address is in "remote area" we will inform you about this before sending the goods out.

Many collagen brands claim that you’ll see results in 2 weeks. This isn’t realistic and creates false expectations - and disappointment - around collagen. This means that people end up giving up on their collagen supplements altogether.

EU customers will not have to pay any additional fees. However if your shipping destination is not included in EU duty free agreements e.g. Canary Islands, additional fees may apply (customs or IGI(vat) at the border).

In UK all parcels valued above 160 GBP (excluding shipping) will be liable for 20% VAT and about 9 GBP customs handling fee at the arrival. In order to avoid this we suggest splitting your shopping bag to below that value per order.
