At EVENYOU ®, we pride ourselves on providing outstanding customer service. If, however, for any reason, you are unhappy with your order, please don't hesitate to get in touch.

For most products bought online, you have the legal right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 to change your mind within the 14 day period and receive a refund.

However, as our drinkable collagen concentrate and hyaluronic acid products are an ingestible supplement, the right to change your mind does not apply, and we cannot accept returns due to quality control and health & safety reasons. We take great care in producing our collagen and cannot re-stock food products once they have left our company.

Subject to our detailed terms and conditions, we are, of course, able to accept returns in case of damaged product inside the parcel or if we have processed your order in error. In this instance, please get in touch via the contact page. Please remember to always refuse the delivery if there is a visible damage to the outside of the parcel. .
